    EU4 - Development Diary - 7th of September 2021
    Ciao!

Queste missioni spingono a viaggiare verso ovest e a fondare colonie in Sud America.

    EU4 - Development Diary - 14th of September 2021

    [IMG]

    • "Modernize Songhai" disabilita l'evento "Cometa Avvistata"

    EU4 - Development Diary - 21st of September 2021

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

Accetto suggerimenti.

    Altre caratteristiche dell'Etiopia:
    • "A Blessed Empire" è l'unico modificatore permanente e fornisce-15% Costo Stabilità e +3 Tolleranza Vera Fede
L'evento "Emergence of the Fulani" permette di cambiare la nazione in Fulo e l'evento "The Ashanti" permette di passare agli Ashanti.

    Europa Universalis IV - Development Diary 28th September 2021

    • Indulgence for Sin - ora fornisce anche +10% Improve Relations

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Un Nuovo Mondo quasi completamente colonizzato in uno dei nostro test come osservatori.

    Economia

    EU4 - Development Diary - 5th of October 2021

    [IMG]

    Prima cosa: ora Adal ha missioni specifiche, anche se non tante quanto la vicina Etiopia. Questo dovrebbe aiutare Adal a sopravvivere all'Etiopia e ad espandersi in Somalia.
    [IMG]

    Le missioni comprendono un modificatore che riduce costo Mantenimento Esercito del 5%, fornisce 0.5 Yearly Army Tradition e, se Adal è in guerra con l'Etiopia, aumenta il Morale del 5% il Manpower Recovery Speed del 10%.

    Adal ha anche ricevuto delle idee uniche per loro. Non sono un bonus militare, ma dovrebbero comunque aiutare Adal:
    ADA_ideas = {
    start = {
    land_maintenance_modifier = -0.1
    trade_efficiency = 0.1
    }

    bonus = {
    diplomatic_reputation = 1
    }

    trigger = {
    tag = ADA
    }
    free = yes

    ada_our_infinite_struggle = {
    manpower_recovery_speed = 0.1
    }

    ada_a_monarchial_imamate = {
    legitimacy = 1
    }

    ada_zeila_and_harar = {
    global_trade_power = 0.15
    }

    ada_mujahiduir_cavalry = {
    cavalry_power = 0.05
    cavalry_cost = -0.1
    }

    ada_unite_the_clans = {
    years_of_nationalism = -5
    }

    ada_yahu_yahu = {
    land_morale = 0.1
    }

    ada_embrace_the_cannons = {
    artillery_power = 0.1
    }
    }
    Abbiamo anche aggiunto un generico gruppo di idee per le cinque nazioni minori del Corno d'Africa (meglio che avere solo +2.5% Disciplina):
    horn_of_african_ideas = { start = { stability_cost_modifier = -0.1 global_tax_modifier = 0.1 } bonus = { prestige = 0.5 } trigger = { culture_group = cushitic NOT = { primary_culture = somali } NOT = { primary_culture = tigray } NOT = { tag = ETH } } free = yes horn_of_african_punt_legend = { trade_range_modifier = 0.2 } horn_of_african_aksumite_legacy = { global_unrest = -1 } horn_of_african_highland_cultivation = { development_cost = -0.05 } horn_of_african_oromon_warriors = { infantry_power = 0.1 } horn_of_african_religious_melting_pot = { tolerance_heathen = 1 } horn_of_african_cushitic_language = { improve_relation_modifier = 0.15 } horn_of_african_religious_defensive_nature = { defensiveness = 0.2 } }
    Ovviamente anche la nuova nazione formabile della Somalia ha nuove idee proprie!
    SOM_ideas = {
    start = {
    may_perform_slave_raid_on_same_religion = yes
    cavalry_power = 0.1
    }
    bonus = {
    capture_ship_chance = 0.33
    }
    trigger = {
    tag = SOM
    }
    free = yes
    SOM_land_of_punt = {
    stability_cost_modifier = -0.1
    }
    SOM_african_silk_road = {
    caravan_power = 0.2
    trade_steering = 0.1
    }
    SOM_african_minting = {
    inflation_reduction = 0.15
    }
    SOM_zeila_and_berbera = {
    center_of_trade_upgrade_cost = -0.1
    }
    SOM_blue_nile = {
    global_supply_limit_modifier = 0.33
    }
    SOM_indian_merchants = {
    merchants = 1
    mercantilism_cost = -0.25
    }
    SOM_faithful_to_allah = {
    missionary_maintenance_cost = -0.2
    }
    }
    Un grazie a @verinityvoide@nephilim2k per averci aiutato con queste idee!

    Un altro cambiamento che abbiamo fatto è alla situaizone iniziale. Prima di tutto il terreno di Mogadiscio e della Costa Nord dello Swahili Coast non è più steppe o savana ma terreno coltivabile.
    [IMG]

    Abbiamo anche cambiato il clima della regione:
    [IMG]

    Per finire un veloce aggiornamento delle unità Ç̌äwa:
    [IMG]

    Inoltre l'Etiopia ha ora accesso a due nuovi privilegi delle Estate, che modificano ulteriormente il ruolo delle unità Ç̌äwa:
    • Cawa Peacekeeper:
      • Land Maintenance Modifier: -15.0%
      • Rebel Suppression Efficiency: +25.0%
      • Movement Speed: -10.0%
    • Cawa Conquerors:
      • Discipline: 2.5%
      • Recover Army Morale Speed: +10.0%
      • Reinforce Cost: +25.0%

    Questo è tutto per oggi! Settimana prossima @Pavía parlerà dei nuovi monumenti della 1.32. Buona settimana!

    EU4 - Development Diary - 13th of October 2021
    Ciao a tutti e benvenuti! Questa settimana non parleremo del nuovo contenuto per l'Africa, ma dei nuovi Monumenti che saranno aggiunti ai possessori del DLC Leviathan e che arriveranno con la patch 1.32.

    Dato che questa meccanica dell'ultimo DLC è stata molto popolare, abbiamo pensato di creare un po' di nuovi monumenti. E quando dico un po', in realtà li abbiamo praticamente raddoppiati, con 52 nuovi Monumenti che saranno aggiunti ai 53 già esistenti. Prima però parliamo un po' del processo creativo e delle decisioni che abbiamo presto nello scegliere quali aggiungere, poi ve ne mostrerò un po' (non tutti o sarebbe un DD troppo lungo e poi voglio lasciarvi la sorpresa!).

    Il processo creativo è iniziato mesi fa, dopo aver rilasciato nuovi Monumenti con la patch 1.31.5. Come detto all'epoca, quello che richiede più tempo nell'aggiunta di nuovi monumenti è l'arte e per questo non ne abbiamo parlato negli ultimi mesi. Volevamo veramente scegliere degli edifici belli e significativi da aggiungere.

    A parte questo, abbiamo cercato di migliorare la distribuzione regionale dei Monumenti, dato che alcune regioni ne avevano un po' troppi mentre altre ne avevano pochi. Ecco la nuova situazione:
    [IMG]

    (N.d.AC: questo nuovo map mode è stato aggiunto in una delle ultime patch, la 1.31.5 o la 1.31.6, quindi è già disponibile)

    Ora ci saranno 18 monumenti in America (11 nuovi), 31 in Europa (16 nuovi), 9 in Africa (5 nuovi), 45 in Asia (19 nuovi) e 2 in Oceania (1 nuovo). Totale 105 monumenti, 52 nuovi. Avremmo preferito aggiungere ancora un po' qua e là, ma in generale siamo felici del risultato e speriamo che piacerà anche a voi.

    Ma qual è stata la nostra ispirazione per i nuovi monumenti? Prima di tutto abbiamo incluso quelli votati nel forum a Maggio: Cahokia, Castello di Malbork, Porta di Brandeburgo, Santa Maria del Fiore, Castello di Bran, le Chiese Rupestri di Lalibela, i Templi di Chola, la Torre di Porcellana di Nanjing e Nan Madoll.

    Poi abbiamo raccolto suggerimenti dalla comunità qui nel forum, in discussioni dedicate ai Monumenti. Vi ringraziamo per la passione dimostrato, dato che ci avete fornito una lista di circa 100 monumenti tra cui scegliere. Per finire, abbiamo fatto ricerche con altri mezzi, ad esempi la lista dei Patrimoni dell'Umanità dell'UNESCO.

    E ora vediamo alcuni dei nuovi Monumenti.

    [Disclaimer: i modificatori stanno ancora venendo testati, quindi aspettatevi cambiamenti prima del rilascio della 1.32.]

    Partiamo dalle Americhe: il Qhapaq Ñam rappresenta il famoso Sistema di Strade Inca. Abbiamo cercato di non renderlo legato a una sola provincia ma poi abbiamo desistito, per mantenerlo coerente con gli altri monumenti che sono tutti mono-provincia. Abbiamo quindi rappresentato questo come un bonus a un Impero unito delle Ande, quindi si trova nella parte nord della regione. L'ultimo modificatore influenza l'Autorità Inti annuale (manca la parola Inti nell'immagine), quindi aiuta la religione principale della regione:
    [IMG]

    Il successivo è Santa Maria del Fiore, molto richiesto dalla Comunità e che anche noi pensavamo dovesse essere incluso, anche perché così Stendhal-esco! Abbiamo colto l'opportunità per aggiungere un bel modificatore, pensiamo che un bonus allo Splendore mensile sia perfettamente adatto!
    [IMG]

    Spostiamoci in Africa, che essendo il focus del prossimo Immersion Pack non poteva non averne un po'. Abbiamo aggiunte le magnifiche Chiese Rupestri di Lalibela in Etiopia, il primo monumento legato alla religione Copta. E un'altra cosa legata a quest'area: ci saranno nuove meccaniche per il Giudaismo! Ma ne parleremo tra un paio di settimane!
    [IMG]

    Passiamo all'Asia. Abbiamo aggiunto un po' di monumenti all'India che ne aveva pochi rispetto ad altre regioni. Uno di questi è Hampi, la rinomata capitale di Vijayanagar, che diventò una città principesco (prima di essere rasa al solo dall'Impero Bahmani ovviamente…). Ci sono un paio di cose interessanti, la prima è ‘All Estates’ Loyalty Equilibrium’, che rende la vita nostra e dei modder più facile, per influenzare facilmente l'obiettivo di lealtà di tutte le Estate di una nazione. L'altra aggiunta sono requisiti per i Monumenti Buddisti, che ora possono essere usati da nazioni Indù che abbiamo sovrani che seguono il culto di Buddha o da Feticisti che seguono Buddhadharma. [Ovviamente il culto del Buddha Indù è ridondante in questo Monumenti, dato che può essere usato dal gruppo di religioni Darmiche, ma volevamo mostrarvelo in quest'immagine.]

    [IMG]

    Finiamo con l'Oceania dove abbiamo aggiunto un secondo Monumento, l'insediamento di Nan Madoll. Abbiamo cercato di renderlo un premio appetibile per chi colonizza le isole del Pacifico, quindi ha un ottimo modificatore per la colonizzazione, oltre a quello sulla Tradizione Navale Annuale.

    [IMG]

    Questo è quasi tutto per oggi! Ma voglio fare un ultimo annuncio: Paradox Tinto parteciperà all'evento Grandest Lan con un Dev (Dream) Team! Probabilmente le prenderemo da tutti gli altri, ma speriamo che sarà almeno un po' divertente.

    Settimana prossima torniamo a parlare di nuovo contenuto per l'Africa e il mio collega @Ogele parlerà di nuove missioni per Mutapa e Kilwa, tra le altre cose. Leggerò il vostro feedback nel corso della settimana, ci vediamo!

    EU4 - Development Diary - 19th of October 2021
    Ciao e benvenuti al 5° Dev Diary per la prossima patch sull'Africa!

    Oggi parleremo di due delle nazioni più grandi dell'Africa Orientale e Meridionale, Kilwa e Mutapa, oltre alle nazioni formabili dell'Africa. Per favore tenete in considerazione il fatto che modificatori e numeri stanno venendo testati e, insieme al vostro feedback, potrebbero essere cambiati prima del rilascio. Iniziamo con Kilwa!
    [IMG]

    Kilwa è stata storicamente una grande potenza commerciale nell'Africa Orientale con connessioni nell'Estremo Oriente. Per rappresentare questo, l'albero delle missioni è focalizzato sulla presenza navale e sul dominio dei nodi commerciali che portano al nodo di Zanzibar.

    La prima colonna da sinistra è focalizzata sull'oro di Mutapa e sulla colonizzazione dell'Africa Meridionale. “The Gold of Zimbabwe” fornirà accesso a un decente conquistador, che permette di esplorare il Capo, mentre completare la missione “The Uncharted South” fornisce un colonizzatore per 30 anni per rendere la vita un po' più facile.

    La seconda colonna è più finalizzata sullo sviluppo della vostra terra natia mentre la terza colonna mira alla conquista della costa del nodo commerciale di Zanzibar e della costa Africana del Golfo di Aden. Il vostro obiettivo finale “Claim Trade Hegemony”, è far arrivare il flusso del commercio nel vostro nodo e assicurarvelo. Farlo vi fornirà un buon +15% Trade Efficiency per il resto della partita.

    Per finire, la quarta e quinta colonna parlano del dominio del commercio della Malacca e delle Molucche. Sebbene queste missioni forniscano un bonus alla colonizzazione, è possibile completare queste missioni anche solo tramite il commercio. Non è richiesto di colonizzare - tranne che per la missione relativa all'Australia.

    Voglio parlare di una missione interessante: “Reconnect with Persia”. Secondo le leggende di Kilwa, il sultanato su fondato da uno dei sette figli dell'Emiro Persiano Al-Hassan of Shiraz. Anche se la base storica di questa leggenda è dubbia, è servita a legittimare la dinastia regnante di Kilwa. La missione va oltre e permette a Kilwa di stabilire contatti con la terra da cui pensano di aver avuto origine.

    Potete completare la missione o alleandovi con il possessore della provincia di Shiraz o avendo un reggimento posizionato nella provincia di Shiraz (senza essere in guerra con il possessore) - come lo ottenete sarà una vostra scelta. Completare la missione farà scattare il seguente evento:
    [IMG]

    Ovviamente il possessore di Shiraz riceverà un evento sul contatto con Kilwa:
    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Mentre le ambasciate sono un piccolo bonus passivo, ogni tanto forniscono anche eventi utili per entrambe le nazioni. Ci sono 3 eventi random in totale, ovvero i seguenti:
    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Questi 3 eventi random condividono un hard cooldown di 10 anni e hanno un mean time to happen di 5 anni.
    Inoltre ci sono questi altri due venti per Kilwa, che accadono ancora più raramente:
    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Voglio sottolineare che se una delle due nazioni perde l'ambasciata, lo stesso accadrà all'altra nazione, eliminando la connessione diplomatica.

    Oltre all'albero delle missioni, Kilwa riceve anche nuove Idee!
    ZAN_ideas = {
    start = {
    naval_forcelimit_modifier = 0.25
    global_ship_trade_power = 0.2
    }

    bonus = {
    global_trade_power = 0.1
    }

    trigger = {
    tag = ZAN
    }
    free = yes

    zan_kilwa_latitude_staves = {
    trade_range_modifier = 0.25
    range = 0.2
    }

    zan_shirazis_legacy = {
    legitimacy = 1
    }

    zan_the_deal_with_almuli = {
    diplomatic_reputation = 1
    trade_company_investment_cost = -0.1
    }

    zan_kilwa_the_melting_pot = {
    idea_cost = -0.05
    }

    zan_gold_of_sofala = {
    monthly_gold_inflation_modifier = -0.2
    inflation_reduction = 0.03
    }

    zan_trade_center_of_zanzibar = {
    merchants = 1
    }

    zan_center_of_migration = {
    development_cost = -0.1
    }
    }
    E ora parliamo di Mutapa!
    [IMG]

    Mutapa è il successo dello Zimbabwe e pertanto l'albero delle missioni parla di superiore questo regno precedente. Come Mutapa inizierete con la capitale Zimbabwe che peggiora rapidamente poco dopo l'inizio della partita:
    [IMG]

    La terza colonna dell'albero ceca di ripristinare la grande città di un tempo e riportarla all'antica gloria. “Fate of Zimbabwe” aiuta con una ricompensa unica, ovvero l'abilità di aumentare il development tramite la costruzione di edifici.
    [IMG]

    Il development da questi edifici viene armonizzata con il modificatore degli edifici, ovvero nel seguente modo:
    • Trade Buildings aumentano Local Production di 1/2/3
    • Navy Buildings aumentano Local Production di 1/2
    • Army Buildings aumentano Local Manpower di 1/2
    • Production Buildings aumentano Local Production di 1/2
    • Government Buildings aumentano Local Tax di 1/2
    • Taxation Buildings aumentano Local Tax di 1/2
    • Universities aumentano Local Tax di 2
    • Tutte le manufatture tranne Ramparts, State House e Soldier’s Households aumentano Local Production di 2
    • State Houses aumenta the Local Tax di 2
    • Soldier’s Households aumenta the Local Manpower di 2
    Voglio sottolineare che aggiornare un edificio aggiunte anch'esso development, seppur in maniera minore. Ad esempio, se costruite direttamente una Cattedrale ottenete +2 Local Tax. Se aggiornate una Chiesa, che già vi ha dato +1 Local Tax, a una Cattedrale ottenete +1 Local Tax.

    Questo vi aiuta a completare la missione “Restore Zimbabwe”, che vi richiede di avere 20 development nella provincia di Zimbabwe. Come ricompensa il modificatore “Abandoned Ruins” viene rimosso e il costo locale del development è ridotto del 15% per il resto della partita. Fornisce anche +0.5 legittimità.

    Raggiungere 400 development e ripristinare i confini del vecchio Zimbabwe vi permetterà di completare la missione “Eclipse Great Zimbabwe” che fornisce il rango di Impero e scatena il seguente evento:
    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    (i confini dell'immagine non sono richiesti per formare lo Zimbabwe)

    GZI_ideas = {
    start = {
    fort_maintenance_modifier = -0.1
    land_morale = 0.15
    }

    bonus = {
    trade_efficiency = 0.2
    }

    trigger = {
    tag = GZI
    }
    free = yes

    gzi_stone_masonry = {
    build_cost = -0.15
    great_project_upgrade_cost = -0.1
    }
    gzi_ivory_trade = {
    global_trade_goods_size_modifier = 0.1
    }
    gzi_gold_deposits = {
    global_tax_modifier = 0.1
    monthly_gold_inflation_modifier = -0.2
    }
    gzi_zimbabwes_walls = {
    defensiveness = 0.25
    }
    gzi_lay_of_the_land = {
    hostile_attrition = 1
    }
    gzi_tributary_system = {
    vassal_income = 0.2
    }
    gzi_zimbabwe_birds = {
    production_efficiency = 0.15
    }
    }
    Mentre la terza colonna si concentra sullo Zimbabwe, la prima riguarda la stabilità interna e religiosa di Mutapa. La seconda colonna riguarda controllare l'Africa Meridionale e diventare una Grande Potenza. “Great Power of Africa” vi richiede di essere una delle tre massime Grandi Potenze (o avere più di 700 development per chi non ha Rights of Man o Emperor ) e avere un esercito con 100 reggimenti. Come ricompensa ottenete +25 Permanent Power Projection.

    La quarta colonna è simile alle missioni commerciali di Kilwa, ma è più focalizzata sull'ottenere accesso al nodo della Cina che al dominio del commercio.

    Per finire l'ultima colonna riguarda la riforma dell'esercito e il reclutare gli Nguni. “Recruit the Nguni” permette un tag switch in una forte nazione militare, pur con delle sfide da affrontare. Per farlo dovete raggiungere Administrative tech 15 (la tecnologia “Military Administration”) e sviluppare il manpower di Mtetwa e Natal perché entrambi abbiamo almeno 8. Dopodiché otterrete il seguente evento:
    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Gli Zulu sono pensati per essere una sfida divertente da giocare, anche se in questo modo appaiono ben prima che nella storia reale. Per questo non gli abbiamo dato un loro Albero delle Missioni. Tuttavia, poiché gli Zulu qui sono creati tramite la militarizzazione degli Nguni, le loro idee sono ispirate pesantemente dalle riforme di Shaka Zulu:

    }
    }
    Inoltre, non dovete giocare con Mutapa per creare gli Zulu. Ogni nazione con la capitale nell'Africa Meridionale ha la decisione “Militarize the Nguni”, che ha gli stessi requisiti della missione Mutapa. La grande differenza è che non viene scatenato subito un evento, ma viene fornito manpower pari a 2 anni di reclutamento e viene aumentato il malcontento nelle due province Nguni di 5 per 25 anni. Inoltre il seguente evento potrebbe apparire:
    [IMG]

    L'IA NON prenderà questa decisione. L'evento “Rise of the Zulu” potrebbe apparire naturalmente se l'anno è almeno il 1750 ed è garantito che appaia al più tardi nel 1816.

    A proposito di nazioni formabili: ne abbiamo introdotte un po' in Africa con la patch 1.32 (e una nel Medio Oriente). Ecco una lista di cosa potete aspettarvi!

    Come Butua potete formare Rozwi, ma le vostre idee non cambieranno. In pratica cambiano colore, nome e bandiera e si ottiene il rango di Regno.
    [IMG]

    E ovviamente abbiamo aggiunto anche questi due formabili:
    [IMG]

    Inoltre la decisione di creare il Sokoto è stata migliorata e vi permette di prenderla prima - se i requisiti sono soddisfatti ovviamente.
    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Ultimo punto di discussione: nell'ultimo dev diary ho detto che il Feticismo avrebbe ricevuto miglioramenti e vi ho presentato l'idea di un Culto per gli eredi. Questa meccanica è una ricompensa delle missioni per il Kongo, ma è disponibile a tutte le nazioni Feticiste, in maniera differente. Con la 1.32 abbiamo introdotto nuovi privilegi dell'Estate, di cui vi offro una piccola lista (non completa):
    [IMG]

    Questi privilegi sono parte di “Rights of Man”.
    “Embrace Singular Cult” migliora i modificatori al Culto attivo del 100%.
    “Embrace Singular Cult” non può essere attivo allo stesso tempo di “Build Shrines for Heirs” e “Flexible Cults”.
    Ci sono anche due nuovi privilegi per nazioni Musulmane:
    [IMG]

    Questi privilegi sono parte di “Cradle of Civilization”.

    E ci sono anche privilegi disponibili con la patch gratuita!
    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    I valori potrebbero tutti essere modificati. Vorrei sapere le vostre prime impressioni e il vostro feedback sui privilegi in modo da migliorarne il bilanciamento!

    Detto questo, spero vi sia piaciuto questo dev diary! @Pavía continuerà a fare una panoramica dei rimanenti alberi delle missioni e vi parlerà delle meccaniche del Giudaismo. Fino ad allora vi auguro una buona settimana!

    EU4 - Development Diary - 26th of October 2021
    Ciao a tutti e benvenuti! Nel DD di oggi parleremo di vari argomenti relativi all'Immersion Pack "Origins" e alla patch 1.32: le nuove meccaniche per il Giudaismo, nuovi alberi delle missioni in tutta l'Africa e cambiamenti allo scenario iniziale in questa regione. Un sacco di roba quindi.

    Iniziamo con le nuove meccaniche del Giudaismo. Era la religione maggiore senza meccaniche specifiche a questo punto, quindi abbiamo pensato che fosse il momento giusto per gestirla. Semien è l'unica nazione che può comparire a inizio partita con Giudaismo, ma può anche essere adottato da una delle più importanti nazioni di Origins, l'Etiopia. E, nota a parte, l'avete richiesto a GRAN voce nello scorso DD e questo ci ha riassicurato sul lavoro che stavamo facendo!

    Per come l'abbiamo disegnato, il Giudaismo è molto simile al Protestantesimo, dato che ha 3 slot per gli Aspetti della Torah, con ciascuno che costa 100 Potere della Fede. Questi punti sono guadagnati come il 10% dei punti monarca guadagnati ogni mese, meno un modificatore che dipende dall'unità religiosa.
    [IMG]

    Gli Aspetti della Torah sono divisi in 3 categorie (Amministrative, Diplomatiche e Militari) e ogni categoria ha 3 slot tra cui scegliere, per dare alla vostra nazione alcuni benefici e modificatori che sono mostrati in un tooltip mostrato sul relativo pulsante.

    Gli Aspetti Amministrativi sbloccano l'uso del pulsante ‘Celebrate Festival’, che ha effetti diversi in base all'Aspetto scelto. L'azione ‘Celebrate Festival’ costa 200 Potere della Fede. I tre aspetti forniscono i seguenti modificatori:
    • modificatore -2 National Unrest e usare ‘Celebrate Festival’ fornisce +1 Stabilità
    • modificatore -5% Technology Cost e usare ‘Celebrate Festival’ fornisce +20 Reform Progress, +5 Legitimacy (o equivalente) e +5 Claim Strength dell'Ered.
    • modificatore -0.5 Interest Per Annum e usare ‘Celebrate Festival’ fornisce entrati pari a 0.3 anni e riduce l'inflazione di 1.
    [IMG]

    Gli Aspetti Diplomatici manipolano le relazioni con le relazioni Abramitiche e viceversa. Ogni Aspetto fornisce un bonus passivo oltre al modificatore:
    • +2 Tolleranza della Vera Fede, tutte le province Giudaiche non hanno penalità per la cultura
    • +2 Tolleranza di Altre Religioni, tutte le province Cristiane e Musulmane non influiscono sull'Unità Religiosa della nazione
    • -10% Costo Development, tutte la nazioni Cristiane e Musulmane non Teocratiche hanno +35 Opinione di voi
    [IMG]

    Gli Aspetti Militari modificano la forza militare della nazione e hanno effetti sulla generazione del Potere della Fede. I modificatori sono:
    • -15% Land Attrition, durante le guerre +10% (+20% se guerre difensive) Velocità Recupero Manpower e +5% (+10% in guerre difensive) Potere della Fede
    • +25% Fort Defense, +2 Siege Progress se assediate la vostre fortezze cadute, +15 Potere della Fede all'occupazione di una fortezza nemica
    • +5% Land and Navy Morale, vincere battaglie riduce Esaurimento da Guerra di 0.05, vincere guerre fornisce +50 Potere della Fede
    [IMG]

    Oltre a questo, abbiamo creato nuovi eventi per le nazioni Giudaiche. Tra gli argomenti di questi eventi ci sono la ricostruzione del Terzo Tempio, fare delle scelte durante il Sabbath, religione Abramitiche che si convertono al Giudaismo. Altri invece sono centrati sulle celebrazioni, quindi potrete avere un adeguato Bar Mitzvah per il vostro erede e 3 celebrazioni durante l'anno: Pesach, Shavuot e Sukkot.

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Ora vediamo le modifiche allo scenario per la 1.32, oltre a nuovi alberi delle missioni. Qui abbiamo 4 nuovi alberi regionali di missioni (Africa Occidentali, Africa Centrale, Corno d'Africa e Africa Orientale), quindi ogni nazione dell'Africa Sub-Sahariana avrà almeno uno di questo. Inoltre abbiamo aggiunto 5 nuovi alberi delle missioni "minori" (Jolof, Mossi, Hausa, Oyo e Adal), dato che abbiamo avuto del tempo di sviluppo extra e abbiamo deciso di usarlo per aggiungere nuovo contenuto. Quindi vediamo regione per regione

    [IMG]
    In Africa Occidentale abbiamo fatto qualche cambiamento. Da ovest a est West Africa, Macina non c'è più ma può apparire come nazione rivoltosa dopo che la cultura Fulani si espande nelle province di Termes, Wagadu e Baghena (a inizio partita, nel Mali settentrionale e Timbuktu sud-occidentale), e può anche essere formata da una nazione con cultura Fulani (Great Fulo, ad esempio). Poi abbiamo diviso Mossi in 3 nuove nazioni: Yatenga, Wagadugu e Fada N’Gourma. Avremmo potuto crearne altri, ma abbiamo deciso di seguire il criterio usato per le nazioni Hausan, di non avere troppi mono-provincia nella regione. Per finire, abbiamo creato l'Emirato Wadai a est del Lago Chad e di Yao. Le nostre intenzioni sono di avere una serie di province abitate dall'Atlantico all'Oceano indiano, dopo che sia il Great Fulo e Funj appaiono per evento, per rappresentare la tradizionale rotta del corridoio del Darfur.

    Tutte le nazioni della regione senza un albero delle missioni specifico ne avrà uno regionale generico. Questo ha 3 cammini: militare, economico e religioso. I primi due interagiscono tra di loro dato che l'obiettivo è essere la potenza dominante dell'Africa Occidentale. Nel frattempo il terzo gruppo di missioni sono in realtà due, dato che Islamici e Feticisti avranno percorsi diversi: i Musulmani tenteranno di imporre la propria fede come unica nella regione, mentre i Feticisti tenteranno di stabilire una tradizione religiosa sincretica nella propria nazione.
    [IMG]

    Ora vediamo agli alberi delle missioni minori aggiunti nella regione. Il primo è per Jolof. La prime due colonne vogliono eliminare il Mali dall'Africa Occidentale, rimpiazzarli e creare un impero. Inoltre potrete contattare gli Europei e fare accordi con loro. Oltre a questo, abbiamo voluto rappresentare la specifica forma di governo, con Jolof ‘primus inter pares’ di alcuni regni minori. Per questo motivo ora hanno una riforma di governo unica per rappresentare la confederazione di regni di Jolof. Ora questi "piccoli regni" sono privilegi delle Estate che rappresentano la decentralizzazione di Jolof. La terza colonna richiede di centralizzarsi tramite certi privilegi. Centralizzare lo stato richiede di avere almeno stabilità 2 e fedeltà delle Estate. Se centralizzate perdete 1 stabilità e tanta fedeltà delle Estate.
    [IMG]

    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    Per Mossi, abbiamo un albero delle missioni comune per le tre nazioni, ma anche per le nazioni che ognuno di loro può formare tramite decisione. Il focus delle missioni è chiaro: conquistare l'Africa Occidentale! Le missioni "Invade" razzieranno città importanti e vi forniranno l'oro raccolto.
    [IMG]

    Forare Mossi farà scattare un evento successivo e aggiungerà due missioni all'albero riguardanti la forma di governo. A differenza della Confederazione di Jolof, il Regno Confederale Mossi ha maggiori benefici. Prima di tutto fornisce l'accesso alla meccanica delle Federazioni se si ha Cradle of Civilization e sblocca un sacco di nuove decisioni. Gli effetti di queste decisioni non sono istantanei e richiedono circa 6 mesi per prendere effetto. Inoltre dovrete "pagare" in legittimità e autonomia locale. Per finire, completare la missione ‘Centralize the Confederacy’ vi permette di cambiare forma di governo o di rinforzarla tramite la scelta di un evento.
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    Le missioni Hausa hanno lo stesso scopo di quelle Mossi, quindi si possono avere o tramite le nazioni iniziali oppure formando Hausa. Queste missioni riguardano la conquista di altre nazioni Hausa. Poi, ‘Unite the Cities’ vi chiede di essere Hausa o Sokoto. Per avere aiuto all'inizio potrete chiedere aiuti militari da alleati tramite la missione ‘Form Alliances"’. La missione di Hausa ‘Develop the Cities’ riguarda le 7 città fondate da 7 diversi sovrani Hausa. Completare la missioni fornirà a ciascuna di queste 7 città uno specifico modificatore di provincia per 10 anni, che riflette la storia e il ruolo di queste città. ‘Resolve Internal Issues’ abiliterà una decisione che vi permetterò di avere questi bonus per queste 7 città ogni 20 anni. ‘Contact with the Fulani’ fa scattare un evento che rende Fulani una cultura accettata e questo vi permette di formare il Sokoto e questo rimpiazzerà la quarta colonna con 3 missioni che riguardano la Jihad in Africa Occidentale. L'ultima ricompensa per convertire tutte le province all'Islam è un permanente +2 Tolleranza della Vera Fede e -0.5% Perdita di Prestigio.
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    Per finire l'albero delle missioni di Oyo. La prima colonna riguarda il loro storico uso della cavalleria e vi incoraggia a commerciare coi Musulmani. Dopodiché sbloccherete una speciale compagnia di Mercenari per voi. La missione ‘Chaaaarge!!’ disabilita il costo in Army Professionalism per questi mercenari a cavallo. Le rimanenti colonne riguardano l'eliminazione dei Musulmani dall'Africa Occidentale e diventare il potere dominante della regione. Oyo è anche il difensore della fede Feticista (anche non un vero difensore, ma l'idea è quella). Pertanto la provincia Ife ha ottenuto un bonus specifico. Le missioni Oyo hanno requisiti speciale, dato che permettono di progredire anche considerando i tributari! Questo grazie a una speciale riforma di governo che vi permette di farlo. Poi, la missione ‘Reform the Government’ sblocca un privilegio dell'Estate che permette di avere tributari anche se non siete più una nazione tribale. É da notare che revocare questo privilegio vi farà perdere i tributari, quindi state attenti.
    [IMG]

    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    Ora passiamo al Congo e all'Africa Centrale. Qui siamo soddisfatti della situazione iniziale, dato che permette stili di gioco diversi con nazioni diverse, pur con il Kongo come potenza principale. Quello che abbiamo fatto è stato aggiungere un nuovo albero delle missioni per altre nazioni in entrambe le regioni. Sono divisi principalmente in tre rami. Nel ramo militare/economico vi preparate per la guerra e l'idea è che all'inizio migliorerete l'economia tramite saccheggi. Questo è rappresentato da una missioni che di richiede di avere varie riparazioni di guerra a vostro favore. Dopo aver creato e addestrato un esercito adeguato potrete espandervi per diventare la potenza militare della regione (una missione richiede di avere l'esercito più grande) e poi un impero. Il secondo ramo è diplomatico, all'inizio richiede di avere forti alleati (forti oppure che siano Kongo, Kilwa o Mutapa), per poi ottenere la loro fiducia e in seguito diventare aggressivi e avere vassalli. In seguito dovrete anche umiliare un rivale (che è già un requisito per diventare un impero). Il terzo ramo è quello religioso, con voi che iniziate come Feticisti e raccogliete pokem... voglio dire, culti, e poi l'idea è che verrete in contatto con nazioni Musulmane (questo legato alle alleanza del ramo diplomatico) da cui avrete informazioni importanti e poi dovrete espandere la vostra religione contro ogni nazione confinante di religione diversa e infine tramite la conversione delle province.
    [IMG]

    Passiamo ora al Corno d'Africa, dove abbiamo aggiunto un nuovo tag, Ogadeen, che rappresenta i clan Somali locali. Questo albero delle missioni regionali riguarda conflitti religiosi. Lo scopo è conquistare e convertire le altre fedi, unendo i tag della vostra fede e diventare la potenza principale della regione. Dopo aver completato la missione finale di tali rami, ‘Save the Horn’, otterrete un modificatore permanente ‘The Holy Horn’, che fornisce +50% Unità Religiosa. In parallelo, ci saranno missioni con obiettivo economico per rendere la vostra nazione la potenza commerciale principale dell'Oceano Indiano.
    [IMG]

    In questa stessa regione abbiamo l'ultimo nuovo albero delle missioni "minore", quello di Adal. Le missioni sono focalizzate soprattutto nel dare una sfida adeguata all'Etiopia. Questo è specialmente enfatizzato da una ricompensa di una delle prime missioni, ‘Restore the Old Mosque’, che riguarda la moschea Masjid al-Qiblatayn di Zeila, una delle più antiche dell'Africa; quindi sviluppare Zeila vi fornirà una Grande Moschea lì. ‘Reach the Turks’ riguarda lo stabilire relazioni con gli Ottomani, cosa che può essere ottenuta sia avendo un reggimento lungo le coste del Mediterraneo o in una provincia controllata da una nazione Turca. Questo farà scattare una catena di eventi, non limitata agli Ottomani dato che cercherà la maggiore potenza Turca in Anatolia, che eventualmente fornirà Giannizzeri mercenari; se non ci dovesse essere una potenza Turca in Anatolia, nel raro caso in cui i sogni Bizantini dovessero avverarsi, allora Adal potrà chiedere aiuto ai Mammalucchi, sbloccando così Mercenari Mammalucchi invece dei Giannizzeri. Il resto delle missioni è evidente: unire i clan Somali, convertire il Corno d'Africa e ottenere una connessione con l'Africa Occidentale.

    Parte 2

    Finiamo con l'albero delle missioni regionale per l'Africa Orientale. Qui ci siamo focalizzati sul commercio, l'espansione regionale e quella strategica in nodi commerciali portuali. L'obiettivo è, ovviamente, diventare una grande potenza commerciale (strano per EU4!). Tuttavia, una delle ultime missioni del ramo è una di quelle divertenti, dato che lo scopo è invertire la visita commerciale che Zheng He fece nella regione alcune decadi prima, stabilendo una forte presenza commerciale nei porti commerciali della regione Cinese.
    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Questo è tutto per oggi e credo sia abbastanza! Abbiamo coperto un sacco di contenuto lungo tutto il continente. A dir la verità, questo sarà l'ultimo DD del team dei Content Designer, dato che il DD successivo, subito prima del rilascio, parlerà dell'Arte dell'Immersion Pack "Origins", dei nuovi Achievements che abbiamo creato e del changelog (preparatevi, ci sono letteralmente centinaia di risoluzioni di bug nella patch 1.32!). Come sempre il vostro feedback sarà molto apprezzato, ma siate civili e ricordati che alcuni numeri potrebbero cambiare prima del rilascio. Ci vediamo!

    Europa Universalis IV - 2 November 2021 - The 'Art of Africa' Theory
    Benvenuti al dev diary di questa settimana. Sono David Horler, l'Art Lead di Paradox Tinto, e sono entusiasta di mostrarvi quello su cui il team artistico ha lavorato in questi mesi.

    Nel corso dell'ultimo anno il team artistico a Barcellona è esploso, espandendosi fino a raggiungere i 9 talentuosi artisti che abbiamo oggi - inclusa ogni disciplina dai personaggi 3D agli sviluppatori UI. Abbiamo un sacco di cose interessanti pianificate per il futuro, ma per ora mi limito a introdurre il lavoro per il prossimo Immersion Pack "Origins".

    Quindi qual è il processo per creare arte in uno dei nostri immersion pack? La prima cosa che accade è il compito, in questo caso @Johan ci ha chiesto di preparare 16 modelli di unità e 2 missionari per l'Africa Subsahariana, un'area molto poco rappresentato a livello artistico nei precedenti DLC.

    Abbiamo verificato nel gioco quali culture non avessero arte e scoperto che, mentre l'Africa Occidentale e Orientale ha già modelli di unità, la gran parte dell'Africa Meridionale non è coperta da unit pack.

    [IMG]

    I nostri artisti hanno iniziato le ricerche per tipi di vestiti interessanti e particolari storicamente usati dai popoli di quest'area. L'autenticità storica è molto importante in questo tipo di giochi quindi siamo stati abbastanza cauti nei nostri riferimenti. Tuttavia, ci siamo permessi un po' di creatività nei modelli più moderni, per creare modelli di unità allostorici, ricompensando così i giocatori che riescono a raggiungere tali livelli tecnologici.

    Dopo la ricerca, la concept artist Irene e il 2D artist Ruben si sono messi al lavoro creando concetti per questi personaggi. L'obiettivo era iniziare da semplici guerrieri e poi col passare del tempo aumentare la complessità dell'aspetto - finendo per evocare i disciplinati reggimenti dell'Europa Napoleonica ma con un chiaro e distintivo tocco Africano.

    Da queste unità sarebbero state usate da molte nazioni diverse, abbiamo cercato di capire quali colori di nazioni sarebbero stati usati; in questo caso il rosso è il colore primario, il giallo il secondario e il blu il terziario.

    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    Le prime idee sono raramente le migliori, quindi gli artisti hanno esplorato molte iterazioni diverse per trovare le migliori forme e colori, come potete vedere dal nostro lavoro sul missionario Copto:
    [IMG]

    Nei mesi successivi abbiamo lavorato insieme ai nostri amici del N-iX Game & VR Studio per trasformare questi concetti in modelli 3D che siano sia funzionali che belli da vedere. Per cominciare abbiamo creato un modello a risoluzione molto alta con ZBrush con tutte le pieghe dei vestisti e tutte i dettagli delle superfici che vogliamo. Questo è fatto con una combinazione di scultura d'argilla digitale e simulazione di vestiti, entrambi processi essenziali nella modellazione di personaggi nei videogiochi moderni.

    [IMG]

    Sembra bello, ma con tutti questi poligoni non è molto pratico per il rendering in tempo reale, quindi il passo successivo è cuocere tutti quei dettagli in una normale mappa di texture che è avvolta intorno a un modello con pochi poligoni.

    Una volta cotto, iniziamo il processo di texturing. Nel passato di EU4, abbiamo lavorato con dozzine di livelli in Photoshop, ma recentemente abbiamo adatto il nostro flusso di lavoro per usare Substance 3D Painter, che è uno strumento incredibilmente potente molto più adatto per fare texturing di modelli.

    [IMG]

    Quando le textures sono finalizzate, i modelli impiantati su uno scheletro e finalmente importati nel gioco. Nel caso dei missionari, abbiamo anche creato una nuova animazione. Dopo aver implementato il tutto, i test sono condotti dal coordinatore della nostra QA interna e portati avanti da team di QA esterni.

    Per dare un po' di contesto sul tempo necessario per creare uno unit pack, l'intero processo è cominciato a inizio Aprile ed è terminato a Settembre. Ecco qui il prodotto finale! Fateci sapere cosa ne pensate.
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    Oltre a nuove icone per gli alberi delle missioni e i monumenti che avete visto in Ottobre, abbiamo tenuto occupato i nostri artisti 2D con ritratti dei consiglieri di parti dimenticate del mondo.

    Dal rilascio di Leviathan che ha aggiunto tanto per Aborigeni Australiani, Asiatici del Sud Est Asiatico e Polinesiano, i ritratti dei consiglieri per queste culture sono state una richiesta molto alta nelle nostre priorità. Quindi per Origins abbiamo creato un completo set di ritratti di consiglieri maschili e femminili per ognuno di quelle regioni in modo da aumentare ulteriormente l'immersione per chi gioca lì.

    E ovviamente un rilascio non può essere completo senza una schermata di caricamento. Vi presentiamo Nzingha Mbande del Ndongo, un'affascinante regina dell'Angola che resistette alla colonizzazione portoghese, proteggendo il suo popolo dal commercio di schiavi Atlantico. Una scaltra diplomatica e un'esperta tattica, è ricordata come una delle più grandi donne ispiratrici nella storia dell'Africa e ha già fatto parte del nostro DLC gratuito Women in History.

    La schermata di caricamento sarà ovviamente incluso nella patch 1.32; forniremo maggiori informazioni sulla patch gratuita molto presto!

    Venite a guardare il Paradox Stream, Mercoledì 3 e 10 Novembre alle 17 CET per la prima esibizione di Origins! Mordred e Bjorn saranno raggiunti dal Content Designer Álvaro (@Pavía) per lo stream e saranno in grado di rispondere a ogni vostra domanda.

    Spero che abbiate apprezzato questo dev diary, e non vedo l'ora di sapere cosa pensate di Origins quando sarà rilasciato tra poco più di una settimana!

    Sinceramente frega o poco nulla dei cambiamenti grafici dopo il casino combinato con Leviathan. Ci sono ancora le megalopoli amerindie?

    Onestamente non ne sono sicuro, non ricordo se era stato affrontato nelle ultime patch.

    Forse il prossimo DD con il changelog della 1.32 potrebbe rivelare qualcosa, nel caso non sia già stato risolto.

    Europa Universalis IV - 4 November 2021 - 1.32 Songhai Changelog
    Hey gente![IMG]

    É bello essere tornati! Come molti di voi sanno... MANCA SOLO UNA SETTIMANA AL RILASCIO DI ORIGINS.

    É pazzesco come passi veloce il tempo, ma sono davvero orgoglioso del lavoro che il Dev Team ha messo in questo Immersion Pack negli ultimi mesi.

    Avete letto un sacco di Dev Diary interessanti riguardo al contenuto di Origins, ma come il mio collega @Pavía ha detto nel suo ultimo DD, è giunto il momento di parlare della patch 1.32.

    Voglio enfatizzare quanto sia importante questo aggiornamento, dato che abbiamo fatto più di 450 risoluzioni di problemi. Voglio dire, è fantastico..

    Beh come ho già detto, sono orgoglioso del team, ma come dice il detto, un changelog vale più di mille parole. [IMG]

    Grazie per la vostra attenzione!

    - Fabricate claims and claim states actions don't need to run through every province.
    - Stopped "Create States" notification alert from causing significant performance issues.
    - Improved macrobuilder performance when a gigantic nation.

    ###################
    # Gamebalance
    ###################
    # Economy
    - Concentrate development: changed algorithm to convert dev stolen to monarch points in the pillaged province, then use those monarch points to buy dev at the capital so that after a point it won't buy you anything.
    - Fixed the "pillage state, release vassal, pillage it again" exploit.
    - Now you know what trade goods are in tribal land so you can't keep migrating around in your land until gold shows up.

    # Governments
    - Being over the Government Capacity now decreases the Tribal Development Growth (at 100% over capacity, the Tribal Development Growth is decreased by 100%).
    - Increased the settlement costs through Tribal Development, making it cost now 50 ADM, 50 DIP and 50 MIL.
    - Reforming into monarchies, theocracies or republics as a Totemistic horde will now swap your technology group with the North American tech instead of the Chinese tech. This also applies for Inti, Mayan, Nahuatla and Alcheringa countries, which will get their respective technology groups back.
    - Tribal reform into Kingdom, Theocracy or Republic require Feudalism to be embraced.
    - Tribal reform into the Horde requires Military Technology level 6.

    - Militarists in power in Theocratic Open Public Elections do not cause elections.

    # Religion
    - Bless Ruler now gives additional +10% Morale of Armies.
    Comment from@Ogele: We had some additional playtests and we noticed that +5% Land Morale has been not efficient enough to make Catholicism a competitive religion regarding the military strength. Because of that we reverted the change from 5% to 10% again. We will keep a close eye on it though and observe how it performs in Singleplayers and Multiplayers.

    Comment from@Ogele: In general we were quite pleased with the reformation change. However, Catholicism got eradicated a little bit too often during the nightlys. Because of this we tuned the reformation speed from 50% down to 25% in order to make the reformation stronger without replacing Catholicism entirely.

    @Alessandro Argeade
    Nella lista vedo i seguenti cambiamenti che potrebbero interessarti (se non me ne sono perso altri):
    • Being over the Government Capacity now decreases the Tribal Development Growth (at 100% over capacity, the Tribal Development Growth is decreased by 100%).
    • Increased the settlement costs through Tribal Development, making it cost now 50 ADM, 50 DIP and 50 MIL.
    • Reduced Native tribal development gain.
    • Reduced tribal development growth, the growth will be now reduced by current tribal development.
    • Added Tribal Development to ledger and development mapmode.
    • Grazing enemy territories gives Tribal Development.

    Direi che, a parte le ultime due, sono tutte modifiche che contribuiscono a ridurre la crescita del development per le tribù del Nord America. Ovviamente va testato nel gioco, ma onestamente il fatto che ora ci siano più fattori che contribuiscono alla sua riduzione mi fa ben sperare. Vedremo.

    EU4 - Development Diary - 9th of November 2021

    Ciao e benvenuti all'ultimo dev diary prima del rilascio di Origins e della patch 1.32! Siamo molto entusiasti per l'imminente rilascio e speriamo che sia l'Immersion Pack che la patch rispettino le vostre aspettative.

    Oggi i vari membri del nostro team vi mostreranno varie cose. Prima di tutto, i nuovi achievements. Poi, la lista completa dei nuovi monumenti (anche se qualcuno l'ha già scritta nel forum, da quanto vedo). Per finire, parleremo di come gestione test e analisi del gioco e di come questo ci abbia aiutato per la patch 1.32, in particolare per le modifiche al Tribal Development. Partiamo!

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Ciao a tutti!
    Il mio nome è Raúl Trullenque (@RaulTrullenquesui forum), sono un nuovo Content Designer qui a Tinto. Prima di entrare a far parte del team non ero un membro attivo del forum, ma solo parte della maggioranza silenziosa dei giocatori dei Paradox GSG. Nonostante questo farò del mio meglio per adeguarmi ai miei colleghi @Aldaron,@Ogelee@Pavíae rispondere alle vostre domande nel miglior modo possibile. Auguratemi buona fortuna.

    Prima cosa e più importante, come molti di voi già sanno, purtroppo a Settembre Ivo è morto dopo una dura battaglia con la leucemia. Per la comunità era noto come Atwix, era uno streamer, una leggenda del forum e uno dei giocatori di EU4 con più esperienza e conoscenza. La sua morte è stata sentita molta sia nella comunità che nello studio. Da Tinto abbiamo mandato le nostre condoglianze alla nostra famiglia e vorremmo assicurarci che il suo nome sarà sempre legato a EU4.

    Atwix Legacy

    Avere 10 Unioni Personali allo stesso tempo.

    La descrizione è corta ma chiara, non c'è nulla da aggiungere. Atwix era un maestro delle unioni personali, vi lascio un link alla sua guidaqui e vi incoraggio a leggerla, dato che le sue sagge parole vi aiuteranno a ottenere questo achievement.

    E ora passiamo a una panoramica di alcuni dei rimanenti achievement aggiunti con Origin, seguiti dalla lista completa:

    Surfing USA - Form the USA as Hawaii.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Ora, io (@Pavía) vi presenterò la nuova lista di monumenti.

    Tenete conto di alcune cose: sì, abbiamo già notato alcuni bug segnalati e che non saranno fissati per la 1.32 per motivi di stabilità, ma saranno risolti nella prima hotfix. Altra cosa: alcuni monumenti sono più forti, altri più deboli: interverremo dopo aver sentito le vostre impressioni, come già fatto per la patch 1.31 (abbiamo cambiato monumenti esistenti anche nella 1.32, come potete leggere nel changelog). Lo sviluppo dei nuovi monumenti è passato per 3 diverse iterazioni e 3 diversi team (dev, QA, beta tester) li hanno testati nelle ultime settimane; tuttavia i numeri non erano pronti prima di adesso e quindi attendiamo il vostro feedback per migliorare il bilanciamento.

    Non vedo l'ora di leggere i vostri suggerimenti nel monuments thread in modo che possiamo continuare a migliorarli e bilanciarli nelle prossime settimane.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Per finire il mio nome Kuba, qui come @Rossarness, e sono Release Engineer presso Tinto. Oggi voglio raccontarvi come testiamo e analizziamo il gioco e voglio parlare delle modifiche alle Tribù Native Americane.

    Ho scritto testare ma in realtà parlo delle partite automatiche notturne che gestisco. Ogni notte lanciamo partite automatiche usando l'ultima versione del codice dei nostri giochi. Questo ci fornisce l'opportunità di analizzare l'effetto dei cambiamenti al gioco. Questo è particolarmente importante quando cambiamo il bilanciamento (e.g. i cambiamenti a Protestanti e Ortodossi).

    Di solito al mattino controllo tutte le partite notturne per potenziali problemi, se non ci sono crash passo ad analizzare lo stato del gioco. Per ogni partita otteniamo una mappa diplomatica allegata al rapporto che uso per decidere quali partite meritano un'analisi più approfondita.

    Ecco un'esempio di partita interessante:
    [IMG]

    Come potete vedere il solito Ottoblob è stato distrutto dai Mammalucchi, quindi un risultato piuttosto inusuale. Se tale situazione dovesse diventare comune, questo vorrebbe dire che abbiamo depotenziato o potenziato troppo qualche meccanica.

    Questo è come ho notato i problemi delle nazioni Protestanti e Ortodosse. Dopo aver implementato le modifiche ai cattolici ho visto che in quasi tutte le partite l'Europa diventa Cattolica. In pratica ogni partita era molto simile a questa:
    [IMG]

    Di solito solo gli Ottomani sono forti abbastanza da resistere alla crociata Cattolica. Quindi insieme ai nostri Content Designers abbiamo analizzato paesi chiave che potessero opporsi (nell'immagine sopra non esiste la Russia - cosa comune a quel punto). Poi abbiamo potenziato le religioni Protestanti e osservato l'effetto nel gioco.

    Ho tenuto sotto controllo la Russia cosa che ci ha aiutato a capire che l'IA aveva problemi a ottenere e mantenere un'alta Patriarch Authority e non poteva così bilanciare gli Ottomani. Le nostre automazioni salvano le partite a intervalli regolari, quindi abbiamo potuto analizzare varie variabili che portano al risultato finale o controllare cambiamenti a metà partita. Ad esempio va bene se una religione diventa un'unica fede verso fine partita, se a metà è bilanciata e in conflitto con le altre e se la cosa non succede in ogni partita. L'immagine sotto mostra l'IA della Russia con alta PA dopo aver modificato un po' l'IA.
    [IMG]

    Dopo i cambiamenti al sistema di garanzie, possiamo osservare risultati allostorici come una Catalogna Rivoluzionaria alleata della Francia:
    [IMG]
    E una Svizzera con accesso al mare come bonus.

    L'ultimo aspetto importante della nostra automazione sono le metriche sulle prestazioni, ogni partita raccoglie statistiche sulla media del tempo necessario per far passare giorni e mesi. I risultati sono calcolati a gioco terminato, questo ci permette di controllare miglioramenti o peggioramenti il giorno successivo al cambiamento che l'ha causato. Quindi non preoccupatevi perché sto controllando le prestazioni del gioco e stiamo lavorando per migliorarle. Per la 1.32 le prestazioni sono migliorate rispetto alla 1.31, anche se non siamo al livello della 1.30.6, come Johan ha già detto. Il nostro obiettivo però è raggiungere almeno quel livello.

    Sotto trovate alcuni risultati buoni e interessanti:
    [IMG]
    Una forte Spagna ha iniziato a mangiare la Francia (e si vede l'Ottoblob).

    [IMG]
    Una forte Francia ha portato molte delle colonie a ottenere l'indipendenza. Inoltre molti stati Africani sopravvivono, alcuni anzi fioriscono, non sono sempre completamente annessi dalle nazioni Europee.

    [IMG]
    Una forte Russia con Francia e Spagna belle, mentre in Africa si è formato un un Grande Zimbabwe. Inoltre gli Ottomani non sono così potenti con la creazione della Persia. [IMG]

    L'ultima cosa di cui voglio parlare sono i cambiamenti al bilanciamento per le nazioni Tribali. Qui ci sono stati molti problemi, quindi ho intrapreso una missione personale per migliorarli. Di nuovo ho usato le partite notturne per analizzare le nazioni tribali e ho trovato che creavano mega-città nella foresta Amazzonica (250+ development) in ogni partita. Poi ho notato che il costo dell'aumento del development Tribale è lineare, cosa che permette di accumulare development per tutto il corso di una partita. Ora invece la crescita del development diminuisce esponenzialmente, rendendo quasi impossibile il raggiungimento di tali valori. La quantità di Tribal Development ottenuta è divisa per l'attuale development se è superiore a 1. Questo vuol dire che se si raggiunge 10, la crescita futura è divisa per un fattore 10. Non è perfetto ma migliore dell'attuale sistema e voglio continuare a migliorarlo - ma ho dovuto anche preparare altre cose per il rilascio, a essere onesti.

    Questa è una lista di province ordinate per development. Come potete vedere i risultati di fine partita sono tornati a livelli sani e non ci sono province delle Americhe nella parte alta della lista, la più alta era una provincia con 37 development posseduta dagli USA.

    Questo è tutto per oggi. Ci aspettiamo che vi piaccia il contenuto mostratovi. Parleremo del nuovo contenuto e del changelog della 1.32 domani, nel Paradox Twitch Stream, alle 17h (CET), con @BjornBe@Mordred Viking. Dato che il rilascio è tra un paio di giorni, speriamo che vi piaceranno sia l'Origins Immersion Pack che la patch Songhai Update: dateci feedback appena iniziate a giocare. Ci vediamo!

    La patch 1.32 è stata appena rilasciata ma sono già pronti alcuni fix e miglioramenti che erano stati creati troppo tardi durante lo sviluppo per il rilascio di ieri, quindi a breve verrà rilasciata l'hotfix 1.32.1.
    Per chi volesse provarla in anteprima, è disponibile come Beta.
    Ecco l'elenco dei cambiamenti:
    ###################
    # Gamebalance
    ###################
    # Governments
    - The Shogunate can no longer switch their primary culture

    # War & Peace
    - Reduced AE gained from PU. Austria no longer gets coalition when enforcing PU with Bohemia.

    ###################
    # Script
    ###################
    # Achievements
    - The achievement "Knights of the Caribbean" does no longer require you to stay as the Knights to complete it
    - The achievement "Surfing USA" can now be achieved if your country moves the capital to the new world and form the USA manually instead of using a former colonial nation to do so

    # Decisions
    - The decision "Build the Third Temple" now highlights Jerusalem if the conditions are not met to enact this decision
    - United Hawai can now see the "Form American Nation" decision if they have their capital in North or South America. This change is mostly made for the achievement

    # Events
    - The AI will now always choose +1 Stability from the event "The Kingdom Semien" and the Jewish provinces gain a hidden modifier for 25 years, which remove the religious unity contribution. This change was made in order to give players a bigger tine window to conquer these provinces before the AI converts them
    - The event "The Papal State" will no longer trigger for the united Holy Roman Empire

    # Ideas
    - The idea "Devoutness" from the Religious Ideas now gives +0.1 Monthly Piety, +0.5 Yearly Patriarch Authority, +0.1 Yearly Karma Decay, +1 Yearly Doom Reduction and +0.15 Yearly Authority (I doubt the last two modifiers will make a big difference though, but who knows.)
    - The idea "Local Traditions" from the Humanist Ideas now increases Religious Harmonization Speed by +25%

    # Missions
    - The Ajuuraan mission "Hydraulic Expertise" can now be completed if you drop the Ajuuraan ideas
    - The Ethiopian mission "Unite the Horn" no longer requires you to have the province Fazughli colonized
    - The Kilwan mission "The Uncharted South" and the Mutapan mission "Uncover the South" have now an additional mission requirement in order to hinder the African AI to colonize the Cape frequently

    # Modifiers
    - Being over the Governing Capacity now decreases Tribal Development Growth (-100% at 100% over the capactiy)
    - The modifier "Crushed Local Authority" from Court and Country now gives +20 Max Absolutism instead of -20
    - The modifier "Rome Reborn" now gives +1.5 more Prestige, 1 Diplomatic Upkeep, +0.25 Legitimacy, +1 Tolerance of the True Faith, +1% Global Missionary Strength and -25% Mercenary Cost

    # Other
    - The government reform "Tribal Confederacy" is no longer available for other tribes unless they start with it
    - Removed Hampi monument requirement for Hindu country with Buddha as personal cult, as it already has Dharmic religious groups as a requirement.
    - Removed Ellora Caves monument requirement for Hindu country with Buddha as personal cult, as it already has Dharmic religious groups as a requirement.
    - Changed Brandenburg Gate monument Tier 3 Militarization of State to 0.05.
    - Changed Baiturrahman Grand Mosque Tier 3 Area Local unrest to -2.
    - Added Global ship trade power and Prestige from naval battles modifiers to Cartagena de Indias monument.
    - Added Devotion modifier to Malbork Castle monument.

    ###################
    # Bugfixes
    ###################
    - Improved great project UI to show GPs that can be built if all criteria are fulfilled other than cost
    - Game will not crash when Mod is lacking icons for the unit tab. There will be entry in error.log instead.
    - The achievement "KHAAAAAAN" is no longer locked behind starting as one of three formables, which don't even exist at the game start
    - The achievement "One nation to rule them all" does no longer require you to start as Saruhan as they don't exist in 1444
    - The achievement "Fugger Banking" has no longer a double negative check for the amount of provinces you own
    - The achievement "Where are the Penguins?" will no longer try to highlight provinces in Iberia
    - The estate rebel events of Mali's disaster now spawn as many rebels as the tooltip says

    - The event "Tribal Succession Crisis" will now give you an heir of your dynasty instead one of your consort's dynasty
    - Army Tradition will no longer decrease Tribal Development Growth
    - Unrest caused by seizing from the estates does no longer stack for 10 years after the land has been seized.
    - Assam has now the proper Indian unit types instead of the Chinese units
    - The policy "Faith Advisors" now has a monthly piety bonus of +0.1 instead of +10
    - City of Prague vanished after taking province.
    - Imperial City of Hue only gives 1/1.5% karma decay.

    Europa Universalis IV - Development Diary 16th of November 2021

    Ciao e benvenuti a un altro development diary di Europa Universalis IV. Sono passati un po' di giorni dal rilascio dell'Origins Immersion Pack e della relativa patch 1.32. Questo è stato veramente il primo rilascio pianificato, disegnato e sviluppato da Paradox Tinto e siamo molto orgogliosi del risultato.

    Potrei scrivere un sacco di cose su quanto sia stato bello lavorarci, ma voglio focalizzarmi su alcune cose in questo dev diary.

    Prima di tutto, un grazio a tutti quelli che fanno parte della comunità. A volte è difficile leggere quando il lavoro svolto non è abbastanza buono, ma tutto il feedback costruttivo che abbiamo ricevuto in primavera e in estate ci ha aiutati a risolvere i problemi nella patch 1.32.

    In secondo luogo, voglio sottolineare quanto sia felice di vedervi apprezzare i nuovi alberi delle missioni che il nostro team di Content Designer ha realizzato. Con un'attenzione dedicata più a esperienze interessanti che semplicemente a rivendicazioni e bonus, sembra proprio che voi, la comunità, vogliate proprio questo. Speriamo di poter migliorare in questo modo vecchi Alberi delle Missioni nelle prossime patch.

    Terzo, e questo si lega alla prossima parte del dev diary, ci siamo focalizzati nel risolvere vecchi problemi di EU4 e negli ultimi 14 mesi siamo riusciti a risolvere la lista di problemi esistenti in un modo mai realizzato finora in un Grand Strategy Game. Vogliamo continuare in questo modo per fare in modo che quando termineremo lo sviluppo di EU4, il gioco non sarà pieno di problemi, come purtroppo è accaduto in altri nostri giochi in passato.

    Quindi, cosa accada ora?

    Prima di tutto, vogliamo rilasciare un'altra “hotfix” per risolvere i problemi rimanenti, questo dovrebbe accadere prima della Grandest Lan di December (N.d.AC: 11-12 Dicembre https://www.eu4lan.com/).

    Secondo, vogliamo rilasciare una patch più corposa con più risoluzioni di problemi e miglioramenti nel Q1 del prossimo anno.

    Dopodiché inizieremo a lavorare al successivo Immersion Pack. Questo purtroppo vuol dire che nei prossimi mesi non ci sarà un development diary fisso ogni settimana, ma solo quando avremo qualcosa di concreto da raccontarvi.

    Alla prossima!
