Armada scalda i motori...

    Bel report, molto interessante.

BEIJING, November 21. /TASS/. China is against the declaration of independence by any ethnic groups through referendums, but this does not apply to Crimea, the acting director of the Chinese Foreign Ministry’s European-Central Asian Affairs department, Gui Congyou, told Russian media on Friday.

[emoji16]

A me sinceramente pare politica allo stato puro.

The British embassy in the Ukrainian capital has tweeted out a snarky guide on how to recognize a Russian tank. The guide was created to help Russia identify its own T-72BM tanks within Ukrainian territory.

Subito zittiti da chi se ne intende :

Allow me to introduce myself, just to head off accusations of being a "Putin's paid troll". I am Vasiliy Fofanov, owner of the website russianarmor.info. It is from my website that the British Embassy has stolen the picture of T-72B for their incompetent foray into the area they have no clue about - identifying Soviet/Russian armor. Anyone can ascertain that by checking here: http://www.russianarmor.info/Tanks/MBT/t-72bm.html

In their rush to steal that picture, the British embassy officials failed to read the very first sentence on that page, which is a shame, otherwise they could learn that the tank in question has been in mass production since 1988, i.e. long before the USSR has collapsed and Ukraine has become independent. It is therefore not impossible that this burnt-out hulk is indeed from Ukrainian army stocks, it certainly has no feature that would particularly connect it to Russia.

To make it especially comical, the frame from Sky News report of September 4 shows not a T-72 of any model at all, but rather a T-64BV, i.e. the main workhorse of the Ukrainian army and no longer used in Russia.

Bottom line - embassies would do well to keep to what they know how to do. I don't know...issuing visas? Not embarrassing themselves (and everyone else who took it at face value and reposted it) with "expert opinion", that's for sure...

Come dissi mesi fa... E invece... Mboh.

(Reuters) - The United States plans to increase non-lethal military assistance to Ukraine, including deliveries of the first Humvee vehicles, having decided for now not to provide weapons, U.S. officials said.

    http://www.defensenews.com/article/...Pledges-Military-Aid-Ukraine?odyssey=nav|head

Questa tipa si é bevuta il cervello :

Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite on Monday promised military assistance for Ukraine as she slammed Russia’s alleged “terrorist” interference in a separatist insurgency in eastern Ukraine.
Grybauskaite, one of Ukraine’s strongest backers in its bid for closer ties with the West, promised that the Baltic state would use “all support available” to help Ukraine militarily at a meeting with President Petro Poroshenko in Kiev.

The Lithuanian leader said no one should be allowed to stop Ukraine if it decided to join NATO
