Non penso sia possibile. L'unico modo, brutto ma efficace, è rimuovere manualmente ogni bonus dato dalle tech che vuoi togliere. Quindi se una tech da +10 org e +5 morale, devi dare -10 org e -5 morale prima di deattivarla. Questo perchè credo che deattivarle renda solo impossibile ricercarle, ma non toglie i bonus di quelle tech dato che risultano cmq "ricercate".
praticamente potrò sfruttare l'evento soltanto se utilizzo io l'italia così da disattivare manualmente le tecnologie e cambiare ramo di ricerca
